Hoists

Whether you are looking for a manual hoist such as a chain puller or lever tools or an electric hoist, we have the product you need. With the wide array of hoisting solutions offered by Columbus Mc-Kinnon, we are able to attend any requests. We can also develop distribution control unit or look at importing units from the US.

Wire rope

VRS can provide you with a wide array of wire rope and can terminate the wire rope to your liking up to 34mm diameter swaging. Our WIROP 600T press is equipped to swage sockets, Flemish eyes or regular turn back aluminum sleeves (CE dir.13411-3). The wide choice of "below the hook" terminal allows us to build any type of sling configuration you might need.

We are really happy to represent Yale Cordage in South America. Yale Cordage has years of expertise in rope manufacturing and is part of a leading group of manufacturers developing high-tech cordage using LCP, aramids and HMPE fibers.
With fibers and rope construction reaching breaking load superior or equivalent to the one of wire ropes while maintain a weight ratio roughly 8 times lighter than most cables, we have noticed considerable increase in productivity and safety.
From double braid to plaited construction, from polyester to HMPE, we have what you are looking for. -
Round slings

Like any other equipment we are selling, we are offering a line of round slings products (soon to be build in our shop/made in Brazil) attending international norms of quality and batch tested to insure consistency in its quality.
We have a wide choice of products made from polyester, steel wire rope or HMPE covering a vast choice of length and breaking load. We can also offer variable length slings or customized anchor slings for umbilical, optical fibers, etc..with the Yale grip or Yale loop. -
Rigging hardware

If you need shackles, pulleys, wire rope clips, turnbuckles, pear rings, master links, etc. If you need tools such as manual crimpers, wire rope cutters, no go gauges, etc. VRS has it.
Most of our equipment is coming from Columbus Mc-Kinnon and has all the necessary safety factors build in in order for you to lift, move, transport, and secure any load according to the most stringent regulations.
